Emerging Executive Leadership


Looking for ways to enhance your business success, make impacting leadership decisions, creative and strategic problem solving? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, our Emerging Executive Leader Program (EELP) may be exactly what you are looking for. Through EELP, you will see immediate return on investment. You will improve leadership skills as you collaborate with current, real-life, successful entrepreneurs and executives. The EELP program provides a flexible learning environment for information exchange in an executive friendly format. All topics are real-time applicable to issues leaders face on a daily basis.

Our mission is to empower emerging executive leaders to be authentic in self- leadership and lead high-performance teams and organizations.

Target Candidate.


The best candidate for the EELP is a passionate, high-potential manager that wants to develop their leadership skills into higher levels of leadership.

  • Target Age-27-45
  • Current Position- desire is for managers or leaders who are already in leadership positions and desiring or have been identified as high potential candidates to move upward into higher levels of leadership. This program is also open to entrepreneurs who have a passionate desire to develop themselves and others in leadership. This program is not for individuals fresh out of undergrad with no work or management experience. The goal is to put like- minded professionals together to create community through high impact relationships.
  • Education level- although it is not a prerequisite it is desired all applicants will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent thereof in work and management experience.
  • Career Goals- to move forward to higher levels of leadership, to lead out of authenticity, self-awareness and develop a culture within their organization that will produce passion in leadership and high performance teams.
  • Time commitment-9 months - includes monthly workshop, individual and group coaching, case study projects, team projects and two retreats. The monthly time commitment will vary according to the individual but is projected to be 10 hours a month.
