Instructions for life

  1. When you are hungry, eat. When you are full, stop eating.
  2. When you are thirsty, drink. When you are full,stop drinking.
  3. When you are tired, rest. When you are done resting, get up and into action.
  4. When you are working, set goals and realize them. Be satisfied with your progress. Acknowledge yourself. When you are done working, go play.
  5. Move your body in some form of exercise daily.
  6. When you are stressed, stop and de-stress.
  7. Manage negativity inside and outside of youself to a minimum.
  8. Love others and allow others to love you.
