
Shifting Illness and Disease.
Illness and disease can often be resolved byactions you can take that will quickly heal you and get you back to being well. There are four areas to look at when you get sick. Your illness/disease can be connected to one or more of these areas. To get well sooner, take the action prescribed in the specific area. Remember, most people get sick to get a mini vacation from life. You may want to consider taking mini vacations when you are not sick. This way you don’t have to get sick to take a break. A disease is like riding the brakes in your car while you are accelerating in the fast lane. You don’t have to be in the fast lane of life. You can go as fast or as slow as it serves you to go. You choose. Pick your direction and your speed. No need to be sick or diseased along the way.
- Blocked in communication. There is something you need to say to someone and you have not said it. This is just like throwing up. It doesn’t feel good until after you do it. If the person you need to confront is not safe for you, write or say what you want to communicate to them to someone else. Get it out of your system with the intention of detoxifying yourself. Then manage the thoughts that come up about the person in the future, or you will get sick again.
- Derailed dream. If you are not acting on something you are committed to, you will likely get sick. This is simple to shift. Make a plan, call someone and share or get accountable, create a vision, and/or get in some action. Once you are on track to realize your dream, you should get better soon.
- Too much possibility. If you are encountering too many new and supportive relationships, too many miracles, too much synchronicity, too much magic and an increased flow of power in your life, you can become ill. This is a simple attempt on your part to stop/slow down the unknown. Consider that you are able to deal with this new way of life since it is happening to you now. Share your process with others, tighten up your schedule, increase your overall well being (more sleep, less stress, better food, more water, quality exercise), and be willing to be inspired and be in action.
- Sick of it. If you have been tolerating or suffering something for a while, you can become sick. If you have been settling or are in a state of survival, you can simply break down because you are ‘sick of it.' The simple solution is to get responsible, get in action and shift it. It can make a powerful difference to simply get started. Get support.
You can also shift illness by deciding how long you need to be sick for. Take care of yourself at a higher level when you are ill or diseased. Slow down. Your body is signaling something. What is it?
